What does the Free Discovery Call offer?
The free 15-minute discovery call is a gentle introduction. It’s a chance for you to share where you’re at. You can ask questions about how support works. You can see if it feels like a good fit — all without any pressure.
If you decide to move ahead, sessions last 45–60 minutes. They are entirely led by your needs. These needs can include talking, remembering, asking questions, or simply being heard.
